Adèl Fashion Group offers customers the option to return products within 30 days of receiving their order. To initiate a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
Unused and in its original condition;
With all original tags attached;
In the original packaging;
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start the return process, please contact our Customer Service by email at info@adelfashiongroup.com. Once the return is approved, you will receive a prepaid return label and instructions via email. A fixed €5.00 handling fee will be deducted from the refund for return processing.

Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact our Customer Service immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or customization reasons, including:
Personalized or custom-made products;
Personal care and cosmetic products;
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases;
Promotional or discounted items;
Gift cards;
Intimate apparel (e.g. underwear, bras, swimwear, and lingerie).

To exchange an item quickly, we recommend processing a return using the standard procedure and placing a new order once the return is approved.
If you are purchasing from within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason. The returned item must meet the integrity conditions listed above. A fixed €5.00 return handling fee applies.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified via email regarding the outcome of the return process. If approved, the refund will be issued within 10 business days, using the original payment method.
