Shipping Policy

Processing and Shipping Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Shipments are dispatched Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. Once the order has been handed over to the courier, delivery takes approximately 2–5 business days, depending on the destination.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package. Any promotions or free shipping offers will be clearly indicated on the website.

Currently, shipping is free for orders over a minimum value delivered within Italy, excluding minor islands and remote areas, for which a shipping surcharge between €8 and €13 applies.

Shipment Tracking

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number to monitor your delivery status. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and correct delivery address.

Delivery and Liability

Adel Fashion Group is committed to delivering products within the indicated timeframes but is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or events of force majeure.

If the delivery fails due to the recipient's absence, the courier will attempt a second delivery or leave a notice with instructions for pickup or rescheduling.
